Child safety standards · Last updated: September 12, 2026
LuckyHan Studio, the developer of AI Random Chat (the "App"), prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) absolutely. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexualisation of a minor, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other exploitation of a child. There is no context in which this content is permitted in the App, and no report of it is treated as a low priority.
These standards apply to everything the App generates and to everything a user writes into it. They are published here so that users, parents and Google Play can hold us to them.
The App is rated for adults and is not directed to children. Its only target age group on Google Play is 18 and over, and the Play Console minor-access restriction is enabled, so accounts Google has determined to belong to a minor cannot find, install or purchase it.
On first launch, before any character or image is shown, the App asks the user to confirm that they are 18 or older. A user who does not confirm reaches a terminal screen and cannot continue.
If a conversation indicates that the user is under 18, the character ends the personal conversation and the signal is recorded. Repeated signals block the installation from the service.
Every character in AI Random Chat is generated by an AI model. Users are never connected to one another, no message a user writes is visible to any other user, and there is no profile, gallery, friend list or invitation anywhere in the App.
This matters for child safety specifically: the App contains no channel through which an adult could contact a child, and no channel through which a child could be solicited. Grooming and sextortion have no route here, because there is no other person on the other side.
The App has no camera or photo-library access and accepts no uploaded images, so no user-supplied photograph of any person can enter it.
Characters are adults. Every generated character is constrained to an apparent age of 24 to 38, stated as an explicit number in every image prompt, and a generated image that reads as younger is rejected before anyone sees it.
Minor-signalling language is refused. Words and phrases that would push a model toward a younger subject are blocked at the prompt layer in English, Korean and Japanese, and are not reachable by rephrasing a request in the conversation.
Sexual content is bounded. Nudity, toplessness, genitals and sexual acts are refused outright, and the generation provider's sexually-explicit safety filter is set deliberately and is never disabled.
Real people are refused. Requests that name a real person, a celebrity, or a resemblance to one are refused, so the App cannot be used to produce a likeness of a real child or adult.
A refused request costs the user nothing. There is no payment, subscription tier, setting or regional variation that relaxes any of the rules in this section.
Anything in the App can be reported from inside the App, without leaving it and without an account balance. There are three entry points: press and hold any message or photo; the menu in the chat header ("Report this character", "Block"); and the character's profile. One of the reasons offered is "Looks underage".
A report may optionally include the last six messages of the conversation, which is what makes it actionable, and may block the character in the same step.
Anyone may also report to us by e-mail at founder@luckyhanstudio.com, including people who do not use the App.
Reports are reviewed. A character that produced prohibited content is removed from circulation so that no user can be matched with it again, and the generation rules are corrected so the same output cannot recur.
For any report that credibly concerns CSAE, we additionally preserve the relevant records, remove the content, block the installation and the account involved, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement requests that are properly made.
We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us and to the markets where the App is distributed, and with Google Play's Child Endangerment and Child Safety Standards policies.
Child safety matters, including CSAE reports and enquiries from Google Play or from law enforcement, are handled by the developer of the App at founder@luckyhanstudio.com. The named individual responsible is declared to Google Play in the Play Console.
