Open AI Random Chat, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account, wallet, purchase records, remembered facts, match history and device links are erased immediately, and your Firebase sign-in is removed. Conversations stored on the device are wiped in the same step.
Credits and any unused subscription time are forfeited. A Plus subscription must be cancelled separately in Google Play; deleting the account does not stop Google Play from billing it.
If the App is no longer installed, e-mail founder@luckyhanstudio.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the message comes from the account's address and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
Deleted: your account and Firebase user, installation identifiers, credit balance and history, purchase records, your conversations — including any you had already deleted in the App — remembered facts, conversation summaries, relationship progress, match and block history.
Kept: reports you submitted, with your identifiers removed, for moderation. Purchase records that Google Play holds are governed by Google.
