AI Random Chat

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of AI Random Chat, operated by LuckyHan Studio. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be an adult in your country of residence to use the App. The characters are fictional adults and the App is not intended for minors.

Using the App requires signing in with a Google Account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and any password you add to your account secure. One person may hold one account; credits are tied to the account and cannot be moved between accounts.

3. The service

The App matches you with fictional AI characters and lets you exchange messages and images with them. Everything a character says or sends is generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate. Characters are not real people, do not provide professional advice of any kind, and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health support.

If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

4. Credits

Actions in the App cost credits. Current prices are shown in the App before you spend.

You are only charged for what is delivered. If a reply, a match or an image fails, is blocked, or times out, the credits are returned and the App shows your balance.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Free credits from the daily top-up and rewarded ads expire seven days after they are granted, and are always spent before credits you have paid for. Purchased credits do not expire.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that grants a fixed number of credits each month and removes most advertising; it renews until cancelled in Google Play, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Plus does not include unlimited use. The credit allowance is stated in the App before purchase.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. A refunded purchase has its credits withdrawn from your balance.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the App to generate or solicit sexual content involving minors, content that sexualises real people, harassment, threats, or content that violates the law. You may not attempt to make a character claim to be a real, identifiable person.

Attempting to obtain credits other than by buying or earning them in the App — including tampering with the client, replaying purchases, or automating rewarded ads — is a breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or remove access to an installation that breaches this section.

7. Content

Generated images and text are provided for your personal use within the App. Do not present generated images as photographs of a real person.

8. Availability and changes

The App is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may adjust credit prices and grants; changes take effect when the App next loads its configuration and never apply retroactively to credits already spent.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
